We have noted that many outside email servers will not accept form result data sent from our servers. Many outside email servers are setup with spam filters that protect their email clients from spam and block this from working. In order to reliably retrieve form results via email, the following procedures should be observed.

1. You will need to have an email address on our email server, that is not forwarded to any another outside email address.

2. You will need to setup an email client such as Outlook Express to retrieve email directly from our email server.

3. You will need to setup your forms to email to the address that is mentioned above in the first two steps.
