For the purpose of simplification and ease of understanding the information contained within this document we wish to define the following. IEWEBS will refer to itself as an entity, Ironwood Express Web Services. Our client or clients refer to any individuals or entities that purchase our products or services. Our user or users refers to any person or entity that uses our web content, products or services or the web content, products or services of our clients.

IEWEBS can not and will not be held liable or accountable in any manner for any claims arising from use or any loss due to the use of any content posted by us or our clients that are hosted through our services. IEWEBS can not and will not be held liable or accountable for any loss of data or content posted by users or clients.  We will make every effort in our power to insure that all of the following policies and rules are followed and adhered to.

Policies & Rules

1. Our servers and services are not intended to be used in any manner that is critical to life or the prevention of personal injury. In other words, our servers and services should not be used in a manner where possible downtime, corrupted data, loss of data or any other problem or failure could cause lose of life or result in personal injury. Use of our services are at your own risk and will not be held liable or responsible for for any loss of data. We make every effort to keep our hardware and software up to date and functioning properly, but failures can still occur at any time without warning.

2. IEWEBS will not tolerate our users or clients to post or publish any content that contains anything that that could be viewed by the general public as offensive, obscene, pornographic, nude photos, prejudiced, terrorist, illegal, threatening, or against any State of Washington Law or any against any Federal Law.

3. Web site content may not reference or contain instructions of any type on how to produce any illegal instrument of destruction or controlled substance. In other words no instructions for making bombs, silencers, illegal drugs, chemical warfare devices and etc.

4. Web site content may not contain any unlicensed software, graphics or materials of any type or that is not legally copyrighted by the web site owner or not considered to be public domain, unless otherwise authorized by the copyright owner. In other words we will not tolerate pirating of any materials or software.

5. We will not tolerate the use of our equipment or resources to do mass mailing of any type, especially spamming. Any single email mailed to more than 25 people at any one time will be considered as spam by us regardless of content or format. We also will not tolerate any of our clients allowing any another entity or third party to send spam on their behalf, whether it is from our servers or not. This includes companies that claim to email only targeted audiences on their lists. Please understand that most companies that make a claim to email only targeted audiences normally end up emailing people who really don't want to hear what you have to say or offer. There will be no exceptions to our spaming policies, and we will act swiftly and positively to take what we and/or applicable Federal and State Laws consider to be spamers offline immediately and permanently without further notice. We will also initiate or assist in prosecution whenever applicable.

6. There will be no refunds of services for sites or content that are removed for violations of the above rules, policies and terms.

7. IEWEBS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We will not discriminate against anyone because of race, creed, color, religious beliefs, age, gender or any other reason that is provided within the scope of Federal Law or the Laws of the State of Washington concerning discrimination.

8. Our setup fee is not refundable for any reason once the domain name has been         submitted to Network Solutions for registration. This registration process is subject to begin immediately after you place an order. So please be sure that this is what you wish to do prior to placing an order with us.

9. IEWEBS will be the sole arbitrator in settling any disputes or grievances arising from non compliance with the above terms and policies.

10. Our web site content including but not limited to pricing, policies and rules are subject to change at any time and without any prior notice.
    

11. Any applicable setup fees and especially those intended for domain registration are not refundable for any reason..

12. If you wish to cancel service, you should do so before your monthly billing occurs to prevent further billing on your site. Your site will still be available on the Internet until the next billing cycle. Cancellation of service by client after site has been billed for the month will not be refunded. The client may cancel by telephone but should also send confirmation by email. This is to prevent anyone other than the client  from canceling service.

13. Fee for returned personal or company check is $25.00. Fee for payment declined by credit/debit card bank is $25.00. Fee for late payment is $25.00.

Any violations of the above mentioned policies and/or rules could result in the removal of offending content or the complete site without any prior notice to the web site owner, clients and/or users.

Children and people of all races, cultures, religions and mental capacities will be surfing the content contained within these web sites. Do not make it offensive or dangerous for them or we will shut you down swiftly!
