Microsoft® Publisher makes it really simple to create a web site and other publications. It is a WYSIWYG authoring tool with many built in wizards that will do most of the work for you in just minutes. Just fill in the text following the suggestions provided by the wizards with your own words and check the spelling with the built in spell check feature. Then use the design checker to make sure everything is arranged correctly and you are done. It is that fast and simple even for a first time web site designer.

Microsoft Publisher comes with a gallery of pictures, graphics, buttons and more to spice up your designs. You can insert new graphics with ease and arrange them on the page until you get the results you want. Microsoft Publisher allows you to copy and paste from other Windows 95 and Windows applications as well. You can easily modify your design by adding extra pages and hyperlinks with the a few mouse clicks. I don’t believe there is an easier to learn or easier to use web publishing tool on the market.
